Privacy Policy

Spark Noir Creative collects only what a visitor chooses to send and what the site needs to run and to be measured: no advertising cookies, no selling of personal information, and no sharing of it for ads. This page says exactly what that is, who handles it, and how to have it deleted.

Who this covers

This policy covers sparknoir.com and the people who visit it or contact Spark Noir Creative through it. Spark Noir Creative is a marketing studio for real estate professionals, operated by Spark Noir Creative LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, which is the business responsible for the information described here. Questions go to hello@sparknoir.com.

It does not cover the websites Spark Noir Creative builds for clients, which are governed by each client's own policy, or the SparkSites, SparkCore and ClozeEZ products once you sign up for them, which have their own terms.

What you send

Spark Noir Creative receives personal information from a visitor only when the visitor sends it:

Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or anything about a third party that they would not expect you to share.

What the site records on its own

How the site is measured

Spark Noir Creative measures the site to learn which pages help people and which are ignored. It does not use advertising cookies, does not build advertising profiles, and does not run remarketing tags from Google, Meta or anyone else on this site.

How it is used

Spark Noir Creative uses this information to answer your inquiry, to have a conversation about working together, to keep the forms free of spam and abuse, to understand which pages are useful, and to meet legal obligations. Spark Noir Creative does not sell personal information, does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and does not add you to a mailing list because you sent the form. If you become a client, the information you share in that work is governed by your agreement with Spark Noir Creative.

Who handles it

Spark Noir Creative uses a small number of service providers to run the site. Each receives only what its job needs:

Spark Noir Creative may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect the rights or safety of people or of the business, or to a successor if the business is sold or reorganized, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.

How long it is kept

Inquiry and Concierge emails are kept for as long as they are useful for the conversation they started and for ordinary business records, and are deleted on request unless the law requires otherwise. Server logs are kept for the short period the host retains them. Analytics data is kept in aggregate. Anything in your browser's storage stays there until you clear it or, for sessionStorage, until you close the tab.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the UK and EU GDPR may give you further rights, including the right to know, to delete, to correct, to object, and to complain to a regulator. Spark Noir Creative honors these requests from anyone, wherever they live, and will not treat you differently for making one.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS, the form and Concierge emails are sent over encrypted connections, and access to the inbox and the hosting account is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so Spark Noir Creative asks that you not send anything through the site that you would not send by ordinary email.

Children

sparknoir.com is for business owners and professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and Spark Noir Creative does not knowingly collect information from them. A parent who believes a child has sent information can email hello@sparknoir.com to have it deleted.

Changes to this policy

When what the site collects changes, Spark Noir Creative updates this page first and changes the effective date at the top. A material change, such as turning on a cookie, will be described here before it takes effect.
